The personal data you input when buying a membership on www.getactive.aviva.co.uk is retained on a customer management system (CMS) operated by Health Force Limited which is password protected and held on secure servers. Access to the CMS is limited to a small number of senior staff members at Aviva Health UK Limited and Health Force Ltd (CRN 6021011).

What information is being collected?

If you purchase a health club membership on www.getactive.aviva.co.uk the information you provide which includes your full name, email address, telephone number, date of birth, type of club membership and details of any payment made, is retained on the Health Force Limited CMS, which is held on a secure server. Any payments made through www.getactive.aviva.co.uk  are processed by PayPal and no Credit Card or Debit Card Details are held or can be viewed by Aviva Health UK Limited or Health Force Limited. 

Who is collecting it?

Your personal data, as outlined above, is collected by Health Force Limited working on behalf of Aviva Health UK Limited. Aviva Health UK limited is the data controller and health force limited is the data processor. Why is it being collected & how will it be used?

Your data is held on a customer management system and used by senior officers of Health Force Limited to aid with customer or health club enquiries. The data is held for a maximum of 30 calendar days and is then permanently erased. You have at any time, the ‘right to be forgotten’. This means you can contact us at any time and request we remove all your details from our systems permanently. You can request this by emailing us at info@health-force.co.uk  You also have the right to request to see any of the details that we store about you on our systems. You can send this request to info@health-force.co.uk  and we will respond to you within 30 days from the date we receive the email request. 

When you purchase a health club membership an email containing your personal data and details off the club you are joining is automatically sent to your health club or the health club’s head office* and used by the health club operator to set up your membership. 

Any payments made on the www.getactive.aviva.co.uk  are processed by PayPal and the credit card details are encrypted. Credit card information cannot be seen or accessed by Aviva Health UK Limited or Health Force Limited.
